For this very reason, it has some quite unique properties. Hydrogen can pass through cell membranes, penetrate mitochondria, and reach all the way into the cell nucleus. This means that hydrogen can work where many other antioxidants never reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hydrogen functions differently than classic antioxidants.
