The difference: 1 bottle (10.000 ppb) vs. inhalation 300 ml/min (H2 pure H2 traveler)

How much water (10.000 ppb) is equivalent to 1 hour of inhalation:

  • At 10 mg H2 /litre of water:
  • 1.620 mg  10 mg/litre = approx. 162 litres of water

You would need to drink approximately 162 litres of hydrogen water of 10.000 ppb to match 1 hour of inhalation at 300 ml/min.

This is how you calculate the amount of hydrogen in hydrogen water vs. hydrogen inhalation:

Hydrogen content in one bottle (400 ml – 10,000 ppb)

  • 10,000 ppb = 10 mg hydrogen per litre
  • 400 ml = 0.4 litres
  • 10 mg × 0.4 = 4 mg H2 per bottle

One bottle of 400 ml contains approximately 4 mg of molecular hydrogen.

Hydrogen amount during inhalation (300 ml/min for 1 hour)

  • 300 ml/min × 60 min = 18,000 ml = 18 litres of H2 gas
  • 1 litre of H2 gas weighs approx. 0.0899 g = 89.9 mg
  • 18 litres × 89.9 mg = 1,618 mg H2 = 1.62 g H2

1 hour of inhalation at 300 ml/min = approx. 1,620 mg of hydrogen.

How many bottles does it take to match this?

  • 1.620 mg  4 mg = 405 All Day bottles or 162 litres of hydrogen water

You would have to drink 405 bottles of hydrogen water (400 ml, 10.000 ppb) to get the same total amount of H2 as you will get at 1 hour inhalation of 300 ml/min.
